Our Process

  • During this meeting, the client and decorator will discuss the project(s), i.e., budget, timeline, and expectations for the completed project. Measurements, pictures, and a survey will be taken of any furniture that will remain in the space. This service costs $250 for a maximum of 2 hours. Upon a mutual agreement to work together, this fee will be applied to any design service or package ordered.

    Time from consultation to presentation: 2-3 Weeks. 

  • During this time the decorator will begin the designing phase of the project which will include the creation of renderings and gathering appropriate samples. At the end of this stage, we will meet with you once again for the presentation.

  • During this meeting, the decorator will present custom design options. Depending on the project’s scope, furniture, fabrics and accessories will be included. A discussion of the likes and dislikes of the designs and appropriate changes will take place during this time. By the time revisions are completed, you will have a good idea of what your finished space will look like. Purchasing of selected items will be purchased and ordered.

  • Once you have approved a design plan and purchased any desired items, orders will be placed. Once the shipping and receiving of the ordered items, the installation will be scheduled.

    Time from presentation to installation: 4-12* Weeks. This time can vary depending on how much custom furniture is and the extent of the contract work.

     

    *Due to high demand and back orders, items can take up to 12 weeks maximum for delivery. The decorator will communicate all updates and notify the client of any delays.
